Shipping Information

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $25 (within the US). Flat rate shipping at $4.50 by Priority Mail for all orders under $25.

Orders with free or flat rate shipping are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

In addition, UPS shipping by Ground, 3-day Select or 2-day air is available. Overnight shipping is possible, but you need to call (541) 572-0281 for prices and availability - it's not offered through the shopping cart.

Flat rate Priority and Free shipping is not applicable to wholesale orders.

International Orders

International orders may be placed through our shopping cart. They are shipped by Priority Mail International, using Flat Rate shipping boxes. The prices are pretty high, but the boxes can hold up to 20 lbs and still go at the flat rate amount. We cannot guarantee the delivery of international orders as once they leave the country they are too difficult for us to follow up on.

Delivery Times

Priority Mail generally takes 2 - 4 business days to arrive anywhere in the country. However, one of the downsides to Priority Mail is that there is no tracking service available.

If you don't get your package as soon as expected, especially during busy holiday seasons, it could be because it has been mis-routed by the Post Office, or has just been delayed due to heavy traffic. While they don't like to admit it, there are times that Priority Mail can take as long as 7 days.

If you haven't received your package within 10 days, please let us know. We will do all we an to track down the order and see if there is anything that can be done. Depending on the order, we may ship a new one out to you, but this is at our discretion.

Gifts Sent Directly to Recipient

If you order a gift to be sent directly to the recipient, it will be shipped to the address you specify, regardless of the "Ship To" address for your entire order. If there are other items in your order, they will be shipped to the "Ship To" address unless otherwise directed.

Special Delivery Requests

If you have a gift or item that absolutely MUST arrive by a certain time, please put that in the "Comments" section of the shopping cart. We do have UPS overnight shipping available, but cannot price it through the shopping cart. If you need something shipped by UPS super-quick service, please call our store to make arrangements.
